This policy explains what personal data we hold about you, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to TMSolo, a brand of Vitalmax Online Limited.
Who we are
Vitalmax Online Limited, trading as TMSolo, is the data controller for the personal data described here.
| Registered company | Vitalmax Online Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 07167318 |
|---|---|
| Registered office | 16-20 The Causeway, Teddington, TW11 0HE, United Kingdom |

How we sell, and what that means for your data
We sell our frames exclusively through Amazon. When you buy from us, your order is placed with Amazon, and Amazon is the data controller for that transaction. Amazon then passes us the limited information we need to fulfil the order and support you afterwards. We never see your full payment card details — those stay with Amazon.
What we collect
| Data | Where it comes from | Why we have it |
|---|---|---|
| Name and delivery address | Amazon, with your order | To dispatch the frames to you |
| Order details (items, quantity, order number) | Amazon | To fulfil the order and handle returns, replacements and warranty claims |
| Messages you send us, and our replies | You, through Amazon messaging or email | To answer your question and keep a record of what was agreed |
| Your phone number and what you tell us on a call or chat | You, if you contact our customer support directly | To resolve the issue you contacted us about |
| Invoice and tax records | Generated by us from your order | To meet our legal accounting and VAT obligations |
We do not buy personal data from anyone, we do not build marketing profiles, and we do not send marketing emails.
Our legal basis
| Purpose | Lawful basis under UK GDPR |
|---|---|
| Fulfilling your order and handling returns | Performance of a contract |
| Answering your support questions | Legitimate interests — running a business that responds to its customers |
| Keeping sales, VAT and accounting records | Legal obligation |
| Defending or bringing a legal claim, if it ever comes to that | Legitimate interests |
Who else sees it
We share the minimum necessary with:
- Amazon — as the marketplace and, for orders fulfilled by Amazon, as the party that stores and ships the goods.
- Carriers — the delivery company handling your parcel, which needs your name and address.
- Our accountants and tax advisers — for invoicing, VAT returns and statutory accounts.
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Where your data is held
Your data is processed in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where a provider we use processes data outside those areas, that transfer is covered by the safeguards required under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
| Record | Kept for | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Sales, invoice and VAT records | 6 years from the end of the accounting period | Required by HMRC |
| Customer support correspondence | 24 months from the last contact | Warranty and repeat-issue handling |
| Call and chat notes | 12 months | Resolving and following up the enquiry |
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete data we no longer have a reason to keep;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- provide it in a portable form, where that right applies.
Write to contact@tmsolo.co.uk and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
Note that where Amazon is the controller — for example, for your Amazon account itself, your payment details or your purchase history across sellers — those requests go to Amazon, not to us.
Complaints
If you think we have handled your data badly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK supervisory authority:
